Point-of-sale... The Flick Kit
The Flick T2T (Tank to Toilet) Kit is a brand new product in the Universal range.
Here are the key steps to getting the Flick ‘across the line’ – as well as some insight into your customers’ purchasing behaviour.
With concern about product quality standards on the rise, consumers are becoming less willing to try new products. One sales tool that will always work to get a new product over the line is the helpful and informed salesperson at the point-of-sale. The point-of-sale experience is critical for consumers who, according to a February 2008 Nielsen report, make 60% of their purchase decisions in-store.

Green gardens - will there be a revival?
With the water crisis reaching extreme levels, some Australian consumers are starting to make the sacrifice and let their gardens die during summer. Many others are looking for new ways to keep the garden green.
The lush gardens of yesteryear are headed for a revival. ‘Greywater’ is the term given to waste water from baths, showers, basins and washing machines. Although technically ‘dirty’ water, greywater generally contains sufficiently low levels of contaminants to make it suitable for the garden or lawn via sub-surface irrigation. This means the garden can be watered every day.
Sydney Water estimates that in an average household of 3-4 people, approximately 400L of greywater could potentially be used to irrigate the garden – each day.
Will we see you at OZWATER '09?
