ADG to Sponsor Ghanaian Boxer

ADG has been involved with supply to mining operations located in Ghana for many years. So, when we heard that the Australian and Ghanaian Commonwealth Games boxing teams were facing off at a Perth fight night on September 4, we jumped at the chance to get involved.

The Ghanaian team decided to take up the offer of travel to Perth after discussion between local sports enthusiast Ashley Morrison and mining executive Dave Harper. African legend Azumah Nelson will also be the special guest at the event held at Northbridge's Empyrean Function Centre. Sponsoring one of the boxers from Ghana has given ADG a chance to get involved in this rare boxing event, as well as support a young Ghanaian in his pursuit of boxing Commonwealth Games gold.
