John Mancini
Managing Director

John Mancini holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

John was previously an associate director in Ernst & Young's strategic growth markets division. He has spent the last few years focused on assisting and finding growth solutions for WA fast growth private companies and listed entities that sit in the ASX200-600. He has assisted many organisations in the areas of risk management, financial management, transactions and alliances, operational effectiveness and customer recruitment and management.

Prior to this, John spent 15 years in commercial banking in both relationship and senior management roles. He is currently a board member of Intercon Logistics and treasurer for Variety WA, a leading children's charity.

David Schwartz
Independent Non-Executive Director
Chairman of the Board

David Schwartz has held the roles of non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board with ADG Global Supply since 1 May, 2008.

David has over 25 years experience in managing a range of successful companies, including his current directorship with Primewest Management Group which manages an investment portfolio of over $1 billion. David's extensive experience in international procurement through his private businesses Pascoes Pty Ltd, a chemical manufacturer and distributor, and ToLife Technologies Pty Ltd, situate him ideally for alignment with ADG Global Supply. David is also the chairman of Clime Investment Management Limited and a non-executive director of Schaffer Corporation Limited and Betts Group Limited.

David is a member of ADG Global Supply's audit committee, and chairs both the nomination and remuneration committees.

Mike Arnold
Executive Director

Mr Arnold, 42, is an experienced senior management executive with over 20 years of logistics and supply chain management experience within a number of market leading logistics organizations in Australia.

For the last 10 years, Mr Arnold has held Managing Director and senior executive management positions within companies such as Lakewood Logistics Pty Ltd (a JV Company with Australia Post’s logistics arm Post Logistics), SWADS (State Warehousing and Distribution Services) and AirRoad Logistics Pty Ltd.

During his distinguished career, which includes a number of years in the Resource industry, Mr Arnold has demonstrated strong leadership in delivering robust supply chain systems and processes that have supported a sustainable framework for the delivery of revenue and profit growth

Demetrius Hassiotis
Company Secretary

Demetrius Hassiotis was appointed to the position of company secretary in February 2008.

Demetrius has over 13 years of senior corporate experience obtained in London and in Australia with organisations such as Ernst & Young, AVIVA plc, Goldman Sachs and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Demetrius is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Luke McNiece

Luke is an experienced senior management executive having worked for over 20 years within the Wesfarmers Group during a period of strong growth and significant change.

Luke is a Certified Practising Accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Business from Edith Cowan University.
